Thumbs Up
Who thought someone could be so vicious while armed only with a spoon? The senior game "Mafia Wars" brought out the worst in people. Those competing gave in to the Dark Side. They stalked people outside the FAC, creeped in their hallways and lurked behind them on the Quad. Though the game ruined lives and friendships forever, rumor is you get a sweet T-shirt at the reunion. So all in all, it seems worth it.

OK, so, here at Thumbs, our obsession of the moment is Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now." After their great Grammy performance we couldn't stop listening to them. Now country music isn't really our thing, but this song makes a booty call sound so romantic. It's nothing like what actually happens at Craig's.

Loyola, you are so cute. You cancel classes before a drop of snow hits the ground. Aww you're like our mom: "Better to be safe than sorry!" And like a mother you pretend to be clueless to the fact that we are going to partake in ridiculous and idiotic shenanigans in the name of canceled classes.

Thumbs Down

Alright, so we all love snow days (remember last week's Thumbs Up?), but Maryland needs to get its stuff together. Everyone's reaction to the forecast is absurdly exaggerated. It's snow, people, it's not a scene out of "The Day After Tomorrow." We will get through this with a little help from Mr. Plow and Señor Shovel.

You know that feeling when you sit down and watch your favorite movie or TV show you loved as a kid, and it just doesn't stand the test of time? Yeah, well, too many students felt that way this weekend about sledding. It seemed like a great idea to empty out a storage bin and hurl yourself down a hill. You know how they say don't drink and drive? Well don't drink and sled … trust us.

Does anyone else HATE doppelgänger week on Facebook? Seriously, if one more person makes Lindsay Lohan or Zooey Deschanel their profile picture, I am going to … wait, too late I just vomited a little.
