By Katerina Kienle Editor in Chief While this weekend's blizzard and class cancellations may be the most recent topic of conversation for Loyola students, state government actions in Annapolis that could drastically impact Loyola next year continue to be debated.

Whether you started your housing journey in Campion, Flannery O'Connor or Butler Hall, and ended in Newman Towers or Gardens, students at Loyola University have some bragging rights when it comes having the best housing in the country; Princeton Review ranked Loyola's dorms number two in the country calling them "dorms like palaces.

A PM Evergreen e-mail sent at 12:55 p.m. today announced that Loyola will remain closed tomorrow, primarily due to limited parking available on university lots and nearby side streets. Boulder Garden Cafe will be open tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Greyhound will continue to cover school closings this week and bring you updated information as we receive it.

Fortunately for the people of Haiti, they have dedicated men and women, such as Sister Karen Schneider of Johns Hopkins University, who spend their entire lives helping developing countries in various ways.

As part of this annual tradition, the Hunger Banquet was a metaphor for how food and other resources are inequitably distributed in the world.

Last Tuesday through Friday, students, faculty and members of the community were encouraged to come to Beatty Hall to decorate personal valentines that are to be delivered to the Baltimore Veteran Affairs Medical Center on February 10.
