Loyola's Campus Ministry plans to make several new, strategic changes with regards to retreats over the course of the next two to three years. These changes reflect the office's mission to promote a deeper connection with student's spiritual life while also integrating a stronger presence of Ignatian spirituality into their retreat programs.

This past Wednesday, September 23rd, the C-SPAN education bus visited Loyola. It was located across from Maryland Hall on the quad and was open to the school community for tours.
The bus program was founded and began touring the nation in 1993. It is a 45-feet long mobile media demonstration and production center which traveled to all 50 states as an outreach vehicle for college campuses and various communities.

Tuesday's lecture with Jorge Zaballos, the Keynote speaker for Latino Heritage Month, started with an experiment. He asked all the Latino students to stand and asked what their race was. The answers varied among the students, who said their various countries of heritage.
