Dear Loyola Students and Faculty:
As many of you know, I've been a columnist on The Greyhound for about two months, a period of time that has been, quite frankly, an emotional rollercoaster ride. I've had highs and lows, pats on the back and evil eyes, congratulatory letters and hate mail alike.

Last week, Loyola released their annual literary collections, Forum and Garland, to showcase the talents of our finest writers. Coincidentally, Loyola's edgy, close-to-monthly lit mag Warnings was released earlier in the week as well, much to the delight of bibliophiles campus-wide.

Classes Are Over
Out of celebration of the warm weather, Loyola is cancelling all classes! With all the professors giving automatic A's, we can all catch up on sun and laying on the quad. Take the next months to relax free, Loyola, because with this much free time, we won't know what to do.

Relay For Life
We were wildly impressed with the amount of publicity and enthusiasm regarding Relay for Life this year. The committee in charge of the event deserves a huge pat on the back - from the numerous flyers posted around campus, to the intense fundraising, to the decor in the College Center, to the night itself, no one can say these people didn't work their butts off.
