Just slightly to the north, Towson's Albert S. Cook Library is open 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. Also north of us is Goucher's Julia Rogers Library, which stays open 24/7. So does Johns Hopkins' Eisenhower Library, just a mile and a half to the south. It would be silly to assert that these libraries are as full at 2 a.
