Kid Nation deserves gold stars and extra pancakes
"Kid Nation" is the first reality show of its kind. A combination of "Survivor" and "Lord of the Flies," the show had caused controversy long before it made its premiere on CBS Wednesday at 8 p.m. The reality show centers on a group of 40 children, ranging in age from 8 to 15 who are placed in a deserted town modeled after the Wild West and left to fend for themselves.
